It sounds so simple and it is just that! A fresh change to the normal grilled cheese. It's my new favorite way to eat a grilled cheese.
I like my bell peppers diced. You could do slices if you want. To me, it's like I'm eating a bell pepper on bread - totally how your taste buds make it.
Add a slice of cheese to the bread, spread bell peppers, and top with a little more cheese. This helps keep the bell peppers from falling out. A little bit of garlic powder on it too is wonderful!
